There are many email clients or web-mail platforms that you can check your email with, when hosted with Swish Online.

An email client is a bit of software that is installed on your computer, and therefore you can only check your email on the computer/s that the email client is installed on.

Web-mail allows you to check your emails from your web browser.

For configuring your email client with an email account that is hosted with us, the same settings will be used no matter what email client you are using, however the process to set up with vary with each.

User Name:  full email address
Email:  full email address
Password:   email address password   
Incoming mail server (POP3): mail.YourDomainName.com.au
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.YourDomainName.com.au
Outgoing server (SMTP) port: 26
My Outgoing Server Requires Authentication, and use same settings as incoming server.
