Check on account status

For assistance with logging into your My Account, please go here.

To view your account status, please:

  1. Log into your My Account.
  2. On the 'Dashboard', on the right hand side, you will see the heading 'Account Statistics'.
  3. Under it, find 'Account Status'. The status may display 'Active', 'Pending', 'Suspended', 'Cancelled', or 'Expired'.

Congratulations! You have successfully viewed your account status.
