Add an alternative email address to your My Account

For assistance with logging into your My Account,  please go here.

To add an alternative email address to your 'My Account', please:

  1. Log into your 'My Account'
  2. On the far right side of the menu, click on 'Welcome [username]'
  3. Select 'Alternate Accounts' from the drop down menu
  4. Enter an alternative email address in the blank field provided at the very bottom. Each email address can be assigned to receive notifications, copy of invoices, and have access to our 24/7 email support.
  5. To delete an email address, tick the checkbox under 'Delete'.
  6. To save the changes, click on 'Update' button

Congratulations! You have successfully added an alternative email address to your 'My Account'.
