General Information and Logging In

Your 'My Account' area is essentially your members area with Swish Online.

You are able to view and action the following while logged in: 

  • Check on your account status
  • Edit your My Account contact details
  • Sign up for extra services (called 'Products in 'My Account')
  • Submit support tickets, and view previous tickets
  • View your account credit balance
  • View current and previous invoices, and recurring billing dates
  • View all packages
  • Renew a package
  • Unblock your IP
  • View our knowledgebase
  • Edit credit card payment details
  • Change your domain contact details
  • View epp code / domain password for your domain name
  • Enable or disable the registrar lock on your domain name
  • Change name servers for your domain name
  • Add Alternative email accounts to your 'My Account'
  • Log into your Control Panel
  • Change your FTP / Control Panel password
  • Resend via email your 'welcome email' for your product

To log into your 'My Account' area, please go to --> Logins --> My Account

The username is the main email address on your account - if you are unsure what this is, contact us on or 08 9467 2935, and we will infrom you of this.

If you are unsure of your My Account password, click 'Forgot My Password', and you will be able to generate a new password.
