To sign up for extra services, please:

  1. Log into your 'My Account'.
  2. Go to the menu 'Packages' and select 'Order New Services' from the drop down.
  3. Select the Package Type.
  4. Follow the set of steps below depending on the chosen package type.

PACKAGE TYPE 1: HOSTING

  1. Select from Standard, Premium, or Ultimate Web and Email Hosting Packages.
  2. Choose 'Monthly' or 'Annually' as the Term Length then click 'Continue'.
  3. Add Domain Registration by providing a new domain or use an existing domain that you manage.

    OPTION 1: Create New Domain
    1. If you prefer a new domain, under 'Domain Registration', enter a domain name and select a domain extension from the drop down. 
    2. Click 'Search Domain'. This will check if domain is available for registration.
    3. If results show that the domain is available to register, pricing for the domain will be displayed. Note that prices change based on the selected domain extension.
    4. Click 'Add to cart'. 
    5. If you selected a domain extension like com.au, net.au, or org.au, you will be asked to provide additional information in the form (ie. Legal Entity Name, Entity ID Number). 
    6. Click 'Continue' when done.
    7. Proceed to 'Order Summary Page' steps below.

    OPTION 2: Use Existing Domain
    1. If you prefer to use an existing domain, under 'Manage a Domain Yourself', enter the domain in the field provided.
    2. Click 'Continue'.
    3. Proceed to 'Order Summary Page' steps below.

PACKAGE TYPE 2: DOMAIN REGISTRATION

  1. Enter a new domain name and select a domain extension from the drop down.
  2. Click 'Search Domain'. This will check if domain is available for registration.
  3. If results show that the domain is available to register, pricing for the domain will be displayed. Note that prices change based on the selected domain extension.
  4. Click 'Add to cart'. 
  5. If you selected domain extensions like com.aunet.auor org.au, you will be asked to provide additional information in the form (ie. Legal Entity Name, Entity ID Number).
  6. Afterwards, click 'Continue'.
  7. Proceed to 'Order Summary Page' steps below.

ORDER SUMMARY PAGE

  1. In the Order Summary page, you can review the details of your order. 
  2. You are able to remove an item from your cart by clicking the 'Remove' link beside the item name.
  3. To add more items to your cart, click 'Continue Shopping' button in the upper right corner of the page. This will return you to the packages page.
  4. Once order is finalised, proceed to payment method section.
  5. Choose your preferred payment method and provide details when necessary.
  6. Tick the checkbox 'I Agree to the Terms and Conditions'.
  7. Click 'Place Order'.
  8. Once order is submitted, you should see the message 'Order Complete'.
  9. You can check the status of your order by going to Packages --> Packages List.
