This is an important notification regarding your hosting package with us on server 2.
We have found that we need to replace the hard drive that the server links to due to a fault. To ensure we have no issues with the server we need to replaced this as soon as possible.
Due to this issue we have scheduled an emergency maintenance operation to replace this drive to begin on Saturday, 11th June at 13:00 PM AWST (GMT +8).
During this maintenance, the server will be taken offline and the failing drive replaced with a new Server Grade SSD Drive. The data will be cloned from the old drive to the new SSD Drive. Once the data cloning has been completed, the server will be booted back up. This maintenance operation may take between 2 - 5 hours, however, a maintenance window of 12 hours has been allocated. Please note that all server services such as website and email will remain offline during this maintenance window.
This maintenance does NOT involve any IP or DNS changes, as the server hardware will remain at the same location.
