  • UPDATE: Server 3 and Server 7 are now back online

    This is an update in regards to the recent downtime for both server 3 and server 7. 

    As per our previous correspondence there was an issue with the data centre after a routine security upgrade yesterday morning. We are still liaising with the data centre to try and recover the data. However, to get you back online and your emails working again we have restored the server to a back up that we took on Monday morning. 

    There are a handful of websites which are still experiencing issues and we are currently working on those. However, for a majority of you, your websites are now back online and emails should be working again. If you are still having issues, please email us at support@swishonline.com.au and we will look into it right away for you. 

    Please note, that due to us having to restore to a back up from Monday morning, this will mean that any updates to your website done between Monday morning and Thursday morning will need to be done again. You will also unfortunately not have access to the emails that came through in that period. We apologies for this inconvenience, but for the time being we think it is better to have you back online and look into seeing if we can recover the missing emails from the data centre.

    If you are a Swish Web Care client, we will have your back up from early yesterday morning and will be restoring this back up today.
