  • Hello, 

    I am contacting you in regards to your website which is hosted on server 2. 

    Unscheduled maintenance to server 2 was needed as we had noticed a bug in the cloud linux kernal and had to apply a patch. 

    Under normal circumstances, we would have sent out prior notice before the maintenance, but in this instance had to act immediately. 

    A reboot normally only takes 10-15 minutes, however, this is now taking more time than we expected.

    We have now initiated another reboot which should make the server online in the next 30 minutes.

    We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused and will be in contact once the server is back online.
